Pepper Spray Sabotage

In San Juan Puerto Rico, a pepper spray has been unsuccesful to deter Ingrid Marie Rivera, who won among 29 competitors to become the island's 2008 Miss Universe contender.
Pageant organizers are hoping to catch and unmask those who were responsible for sabotaging Rivera's evening gowns and makeup, which causes her to get out in hives . Police stated that they have also opened an investigation into attacks against the said beauty queen.
Rivera was composed while appearing before the cameras and the judges during the competition, but when she's behind the scenes, she has had to take off her dress and applying ice bags on all over her face and body, which had swelled .
The spokesperson said that they thought it was only an allergic reaction, or maybe nerves. Rivera's clothing and makeup was examined and it is positive for pepper spray. Someone also stole Rivera's bag containing her dresses, makeups and credit cards.
